Does this work in the free version of Resolve?
Yes. Resolve 18+ (Free or Studio) on macOS 11+ (Apple Silicon / Intel) or Windows 10/11 64-bit.
What happens after the 15-day free trial?
After 15 days, plugins still run with watermarked renders; LUT export is disabled until purchase. Nothing is uninstalled or lost.
Do I need a Color Space Transform?
Input CST: Rec.709 (Scene) → DWG / Intermediate. Match Film Pro to DWG / Intermediate; output CST → Rec.709 Gamma 2.4. Project colour management can handle the transforms instead; avoid double conversion.
Is the exported LUT identical to the plugin?
No. Export: 17³ .cube for Sony S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine → Rec.709 Scene. Grain, halation and bloom require the plugin.
